Thanks Lydine! I did the same thing before launching this site. I have more than 10 years in the real estate and mortgage industries with a focus on the technology that powers it. Still, when I decided to push the consulting side of our business more I spent a good 6 months listening to everyone else to see what I could learn and try to find the best entry point for what I wanted to create. I think that process is perhaps the most important for anyone trying to determine how social media fits into their business plan. Please reach out if you want help with the creation of your strategy (it's what we do!) or if you just want to discuss a topic that is important to you. Thanks for the feedback.

Excellent content. I have been a lurker of the social networking phenom for a while now, for fun and to get the learning curve down...and am ready to begin seriously strategizing my own approach to this medium with my real estate business. Your blog had excellent information and sound advice. Plus, I found them! Which says something! Good work here.
